You can create a blog, which sends out a notification that you have posted a new article, rather than waiting for the spiders to come around; you can create videos but be sure and make them keyword / key phrase rich because Google is now noting the content in it's search listings; you can offer podcasts on iTunes, which again, should be keyword / key phrase rich.
